Amin. JOHN'S $INCAI ONE ROUMANIAN MANUSCRIPT FOR THE END OF XVIII-TH CENTURY (The apocryphal legends, religions carols and Roumanian popular songs) I. (Summary) The manuscript undiscovered from the end of XVIII-th century is belong to loan Sincai, the older brother of Gheorghe Sincai. He was captain in the second regiment of Näsäud border he took part to battles taked of Rhine, where he found death, to Lörch in year 1795. The manuscript is a remarkable contribution of „ßcoala Ardeleanä“ to advancer the Romanian folk literature, included : the apocalypse ol John apistle, apocryphal legends, forecast books, religious carolsi and one collection of folk songs. The date establishment I was fated after a versifyeated chronicle dated Rain, 28 May 1794, in which it’s shown the battles carried on Rhine Valley, to Budenthal, Weissengurg and Strassbourg, in summer of year 1793—1794.
