Párolt rizst vagy burgonyapürét, kovászos uborkát adhatunk mellé. ALMÁS PISKÓTA: margarint habosra keverünk, cukorral, csipet sóval, 2 egész tojással és felváltva adunk hozzá lisztet és tejet. A tészta háromnegyed részét kizsirozott formába öntjük, bevonjuk lecukrozott, kinyomott, reszelt almával. Ráborítjuk a megmaradt tésztát. Pirosra sütjük. ŐSZI KÖRÍTÉS Hozzávalók egykiló kígyóuborka (ha salátauborkát használunk, meg kell hámozni, mert annak a héja keserű lehet), 3 fej hagyma. 1 gerezd fokhagyma, 2 leveseskanál olaj. paradicsom, só. törött bors, zöldpetrezselyem/ — Az uborkát jól megmossuk és a tisztitott hagymával együtt felkarikázzuk. A fokhagymát összezúzzuk. Az egészet 15 percig olajban pároljuk. A paradicsomokat lobogó vízbe mártva meghámozzuk, negyedeire felvágjuk, és magjait kikaparjuk. A zöldségeket mély, tűzálló tálba téve fűszerezzük, összekeverjük és megszóljuk finomra vágott zöldpetrezselyemmel. Fogyasztásig meleg helyen tároljuk.
