Mong. 30 An Astrological Manual Manuscript, 18th century (?) pothi, 36 ff., 40.0 : 10.7 (text on f. 2: 34.0 : 8.8) cm, leaves of fragile, light brown paper pasted of several layers, round "corners". Text written in black ink with thin calamus, without bold/thin contrast. Red spots mark the headings; black and red Tibetan glosses in the Mongol text. Mongol pagination in the left side margin, sometimes with Tibetan figures. 6-24 lines/page. Several diagrams or charts and tables. The two holes in the left and right side margins show that the leaf was nailed while the text was written. No title indicated. Inc. f. la (nige): diagram of bars sara, the tiger month, followed by its description: ene sara Enedkeg-tür ebül-ün ectls Me'g sara : Cay-un kílrdün-e ebül-ün dumdadu sara kemeytl: tariyacin qabur-un dumdadu sara kemen endeküy-e toyolo=mu [= toyalamu]: Kitad Töbed qabur-un ekin bars sara : Mongyol qubi sara kemeyii:, etc., 24 lines; f. 1Ь6:... ene qubi sarada qan oron sayubasu cola ögbesii orosiyulbasu takil ögbesü sayin : qota buu bari : qayuőin kegílr ködelgebesü ger-ün ejen ükükü : +, 9 lines; on the right space, other hand, written with brush in red ink: om a-ha huum, in Mongol script with the Tibetan dbu-med style signs of the beginning and the end. F. 4a: taulai sara, f. 7a: luu sara, f. 10a: moyai sara, f. 13a: morin sara, f. 16a: qonin sara, f. 19a: becin sara, f. 22a: takiy-a sara, f. 25a: noqai sara, f. 28a: yaqai sara, f. 3 la: quluyan-a sara, f. 34a: ilker sara.
