Translated from Chinese manuals by GooSigß of Alashan Khoshut - Oelet banner, printed in the 12th year of Bürintü jasayci / Tongzhi [= 1872] by Xiao Yukun of the Chinese Bordered Blue Banner for the yearly market of old and new Manchu, Mongol and Chinese books at the monasteries Huguosi and Longfusi in the Manchu capital, Beijing. Mong. 257 The Story of the Song Empire Manuscript, 19th/20th century double-leaved book of thin, grey Chinese paper with wires, 13.2 : 25.8 cm (upper margin: 2 to 5 cm), no pagination (25 f. without the covers), 9 lines/page (f. la: 8 lines), verses start lower than prose lines; brush, black ink; nearly classical orthography with diacriticals (but also §i). Rinchen's gift (with the imprint of his 'Phags-pa seal and pen note on the cover). Cover-title with blue pencil: Sung ulus-un teüke :, see above. Inc. f.
