An academic library as an integrated information centre: the Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

Gy. Rózsa books, nearly 300,000 periodical volumes (5,500 current titles), and c. 600,000 manuscripts; microfilms and 100,000 archival units complete the holdings. The special collections include 1,200 incunabula, 6,500 volumes of Hungarian books published before 1711 and other old and rare books. Total holdings number about 3,5 million units. References 1.
