Thus, what have been stated in connection with the interdependence of the peaceful cooperation and the scientific library start out from and return to the debate of the "two cultures". The complex participation of the scientific library in the peaceful competition and in the elimination of backwardness is what ultimately widens the horizons, perspectives and social usefulness of work, and defines the place of scientific libraries in the social division of labour in the age of the scientific and technical revolution.
