Tarbay János Gábor: Késő bronzkori depó Oltárc–Márki hegyről (Zala m.) Őskori manipulációk, szelektív és recens törések vizsgálata

78 János Gábor Tarbay surface of the ring shows traces of intensive abrasion. Polished remain of a casting jet can be identified along the edge of the object. Total diameter: 8.3x8.3 cm; Inner diameter: 7.2 cm; Thickness: 0.7x0.6 cm; Weight: 57 g (fig. 14, 42). 43. Passamenterie fibula, type Al: A1 type passamenterie fibula in fragmented state with one main spiral and four side spirals. The body of the object is composed of circle-sectioned wires which are fastened by one cast hinge. The main spiral was torn out by the finder. The breakage surfaces of the object are most likely recent. Length: 19 cm; Width across the body: 6.6 cm; Total width: 13.3 cm; Thickness: 0.2-0.3 cm; Weight: 63 g (fig. 15, 43). 44. Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula (Blattbiigel- fibel): A chased Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula with leaf-shaped plate. The central wire is eight-shaped before the spring and the main spiral. The breakage surfaces of the object are recent. Length: 13.7 cm; Width: 4.2 cm; Thickness: 0.1-0.3 cm; Weight: 45 g (fig. 16, 44). 45. Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula (Blattbiigel- fibel): A chased Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula with rounded leaf-shaped plate. The central wire is eightshaped before the spring and the main spiral. Length: 13.3 cm; Width: 4.2 cm; Thickness: 0.2 cm; Weight: 23 g (fig. 16, 45). 46. Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula (Blattbiigel- fibel): A chased Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula with leaf-shaped plate. The central wire is eight-shaped before the spring and the main spiral. The main spiral is missing. Traces of an unfinished decoration can be observed on the reverse of the leaf-shaped plate. Based on fine grinding marks the craftsman tried to remove this pattern. Length: 9.2 cm; Width: 2.7 cm; Thickness: 0.2-0.4 cm; Weight: 15 g (fig. 16, 46). 47. Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula (Blattbiigel- fibel): A chased Röschitz-Sanisläu type fibula with leaf-shaped plate in three recent fragments. Length: 10.6 cm; Width: 4.1 cm; Thickness: 0.2-0.3 cm; Weight: 27 g (fig. 16, 47). 48. Violin bow fibula, type Vösendorf: A small violin bow fibula with one main spiral. The body of the object is composed of circular-sectioned wires and it is decorated with torsion. The central wire is eight-shaped before the main spiral and the spring. Length: 11.3 cm; Width: 3.3 cm; Thickness: 0.2—0.3 cm; Weight: 18 g (fig. 16, 48). 49. Spiral: A great spiral fragment with recent impact damages caused by a modern metal tool. Diameter: 5.3x3.9 cm; Thickness: 0.2 cm; Weight: 21 g (fig. 16, 49). 50. Phalera: Convex disc with a low knob in the centre, which is encircled by four ribs. The loop on the reverse side was cast in one with the disc. The mud imprint of a flanged sickle was visible on the front of the disc and the imprint of a fibula on the reverse side in its unrestored state. All breakage surfaces of the object are recent. The surface of the disc was carefully polished. Intensive abrasion traces could be observed around the loop. Diameter: 12.7x12.7 cm; Height: 1.9 cm; Thickness: 0.1 cm; Weight: 71 g (fig. 17, 50). 51. Phalera: Two fragments of a convex disc with central pointed boss, encircled by three ribs. The loop on the reverse was cast in one with the disc. All breakage surfaces of the object are recent, indicating that it had been deposited in an intact state and had been broken by the finder. Diameter: 10.5x12 cm; Height: 1.3 cm; Thickness: 0.1 cm; Weight: 36 g (fig. 17, 51). 52. Folded bronze sheet: Thin, oval-sectioned folded metal sheet. Length: 10.8 cm; Width: 3.9 cm; Thickness: 1.2-0.2 cm; Weight: 77 g (fig. 17, 52). 53. Ceramic fragment: Fragment of an undecorated ceramic vessel with bent rim. The outer surface of the object is greyish-brown. The object is tempered with sand and ceramic grits. 3.9x2.7 cm; Thickness: 0.7 cm; Thickness of the rim: 1 cm; Weight: 13 g (fig. 17, 45). 2.2. Further metal artefacts from the Márki Hill 54. Armring (Ha Al): Semicircle-sectioned, undecorated armring. The object was found very close to the hoard and it can be linked to the other armrings (Cat. nos. 24-37) on typological ground. 2.7xl.4 cm; Thickness: 0.3 cm; Weight: 6 g (fig. 2, 54). 55. Button (Ha A): A round, convex, perforated metal sheet button. 2x2 cm; Height: 0.6 cm; Weight: 1 g (fig. 2, 55). 56. Iron slag (Middle Ages): Slightly triangularshaped iron slag with recent damage. 3.7x3.7 cm; Height: 2 cm; Weight: 29 g (fig. 2, 56).
