ban voltak, hogy kicserélésük mellett döntöttünk. A kirakat mindkét oldalán eredetileg ajtó lehetett, erre utalnak a pántok. Mikor a múzeumba került, az utca felőli üveg (keret nélkül) be volt gittelve. A kirakatajtót analógiák alapján gyártottuk le, és hasonló profilú léccel szegeztük be az üveget. Az ajtón lévő utólagos biztonsági zárakat eltávolítottam, és az eredetihez hasonló zárral szereltem fel. Ezek után következett az alapozás Trinát festékkel. A bolt-portál eredeti színének - a kilenc festékréteg közül - az alulról a második színt választottuk. Ez kívül sötétzöld, belül világoszöld volt. A fedőfestéket LEVIS Accord selyemfényű festékből kevertettük ki. Festésnél ügyeltem arra, hogy ne teljesen homogén felületet kapjak, hanem picit foltos, lazúros felületet. Végül az összeállítás következett, a kiállítás helyszínén. Az üzlet-portál a Göcseji Múzeum „Központok a Zala mentén" című állandó kiállításban látható. th century One of the latest portal of Zalaegerszeg entered into possession of museum, when one of the houses in Ady street was demolished. The portal was dated from the nineteenth century. The shopfront was in bad repair. On every side of portal were breaked a windows. There were an openable frames missing from the both side of the frontage. The lower parts of portal were damaged by noxious insects, there were almost totally putrefied. For gluing up of broken parts and for completion of missing wooden construction were the portal taken to pieces. Of portal removed all the coats of paint with hot-air blower. Then the restorer cleaned the unpainted surface with lather of watered solution compounded from fatty alcohol and sulphate. The damaged and punk wooden parts of portal were disinfected with wood-borer poison, so-called Xylamon disinfectant, then for established of parts there were impregnated with acetone and toluol solution of Paraloid В 72. The rents and gaps of portal were recovered with pine wood. The small defects were complemented with repair paste so-called Ciba, which consisted of two components. Originally on the external and inner sides of the frontage were simple shop-windows, in accordance with origins of frontage were reconstructed the shopfront. Then the framing of plate-glass of shop-window was covered with glass of similar profile. On the door were fixed up locks, which is correct copy of the original. For painting a portal we fixed on green colour in the end. This colour was colour of the second coat of paint from the bottom. The portal was reassembled on the site of exhibition.
