Dr. Papp Jenő: A Bakony hegység gyilkosfürkészfaunájának alapvetése
ninae 603, Exothecínae 86, Spathiinae 23, Doryctinae 14, Hormiinae 3 and Rogadinae 118 specimens. In this paper four species new to science have been described: Apanteles coniferoides sp. п., A. eugeni sp. п., A. laspeyresiella sp. n. and A. sophiae sp. n. The Hungarian description of the new taxa are included here, however, the English version is published in the volumes of the Annales Historico-naturales Musei Nationalis Hungarici (PAPP 1972). The types (holo-, alloand paratypes) are found in the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest. From taxonomical and morphological viewpoints the author characterizes all the species found in the Mts. Bakony followed by an enumeration. The characterizations are not mere Hungarian compilations of different fragments read in various foreign papers but genuine contributions to the morphology of the Braconid specimens from the Mts. Bakony. Without taxonomical claim, several features are reported drawing attention to the deviations of the population of the species inhabiting the Mts. Bakony partly from the original description and partly from the characterization of specimens captured in an entirely different region. He attaches great importance to the disclosing of variable morphological features for they closely adhere to the nature of the species. Within the subfamilies the number of the species found in the Mts. Bakony and that of the species new !o the fauna of Hungary are as follows: Meteorinae: 21 species; new to our fauna: Meteorus abscissus THOMS., M. confinis RUTHE, M. dubius RUTHE, M. longicornis (RATZ.), M. nigricollis THOMS. and M. obsoletus (WESM.) (6 species). Helconinae: 3 species; new to our fauna: Helcon redactor THUNB. (1 species). Macrocentrinae : 9 species, new to our fauna: Macrocentrus grandii GOID. and Zele infumator LYLE (2 species). Microgasterinae: 104 species, new to our fauna: Apanteles abjectus MARSH., A. brevicornis (WESM.)
