SAV ARIA, 24/2 (Pars historico-naturalis) ever, the depth of penetration of this species into northern and eastern direction remains to be clarified. The area of the closely related O. decipiens - occurring very disjunctively in the southern and western Transdanubia - may be connected with the O. schmidti's area, however their habitat preferences are rather different (Fig. 1.). (Kollár, 1883) — Specimens collected in Őrség are very scanty. Not considering some small larvae (of which species identification was uncertain and rearing to adults were unsuccessful), collected in June 1993 (Felsőszölnök), the first two adult specimens were captured in October 1995 which were not enough for correct determination.
