) offers chemical analysis of fossil materials to archaeologists. The choices of analysis are: - determination of total and free amino acid content by ion exchange column chromatography (LKB and Hungarian amino acid analyser) and by HPLC (LaChrom Hitachi), - determination of the age of fossil bones based on amino acid racemization by HPLC (LaChrom Hitachi), and determination of D-amino acids, fatty acid analysis by Chrompack CP 9000 gas Chromatograph and Finnigan Mat mass spectrometer, - metal (K, Na, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cd, Hg...) determination by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (Pye Unicam) and by ICP-AES (Thermo Jarrel Ash).
