Marstaller (1986-89) [MARSTALLER 1993]; Akasztófa-dűlő, alt. 180-220 m, leg. L. Lőkös (14.07.2000) [BP]; near the church; Felső-legelő, obs. R. Kun (29.01.1994) [BP]; Mt Tenkes, southern slope of Köves-máj, leg. В. Papp and A. Dénes (14) (02.05.1999) [BP]; between Mt Tenkes Caloplaca flavorubescens (Hudson) J. R. Laundon - Nagyharsány: Mt Szársomlyó, alt. 220440 m, obs. K. Verseghy (26.05.1970) [VERSEGHY 1973a, as С aurantiaca]. - The referred specimens not found in the herbarium (BP). Not confirmed from the Villány Mts, neither in the monograph on the Hungarian Caloplacas (VERSEGHY 1973e), nor in the Lichen flora of Hungary (VERSEGHY 1994). Caloplaca chlorina (Flotow) H. Olivier Nagyharsány: Mt Szársomlyó, Köves-tető, alt. ca. 220 m, obs. К. Verseghy (27.05.1970); Mt Szársomlyó, alt. 420-440 m, obs. K. Verseghy (26.05. 1970) [VERSEGHY 1973a]. - The referred specimens not found in the herbarium (BP). This species was omitted from the monograph on the Hungarian Caloplacas (VERSEGHY 1913b), and from the Lichen flora of Hungary (VERSEGHY 1994). Cladonia major (Hagen) Sandst. - Villány Mts, obs. K. Verseghy [VERSEGHY 1994]. - The referred specimen not found in the herbarium (BP). Cladonia parasitica (Hoffm.) Hoffm. - Villány Mts, obs. K. Verseghy [VERSEGHY 1994]. - The referred specimen not found in the herbarium (BP). Flavopunctelia flaventior (Stirton) Hale - It was reported from Quercus robur and Q. pubescens at four localities (Harkány; Nagyharsány: Fekete-hegy; Siklós: Máriagyüd, Mt Tenkes, and Máriagyüd, near Macska-lyuk) of the Villány Mts by MARSTALLER (1993, as Parmelia flaventior). There is no any indication on voucher specimens. As this oceanic species has very few localities of different climatic conditions in Hungary, these records most probably refer to Flavoparmelia caperata, frequent in the Villány Mts, which were completely omitted from Marstaller' s bryocoenological relevés. Lecidella anomaloides (A. Massai.) Hertel et Kilias - Villány Mts, obs. K. Verseghy [VERSEGHY and Köves-máj, alt. 360-380 m, leg. L. Lökös (04.05.2000) [BP]. - Villány: Templom-hegy, abandoned quarry, obs. R. Marstaller (1986-89) [MARSTALLER 1993]. - Vokány: Trinitás-erdő, obs. R. Marstaller (1986-89) [MARSTALLER 1993]; Trinitáserdő, alt. ca. 120 m, leg. L. Lőkös (14.06.2000) [BP]. - Widely distributed everywhere. On bark {Acer campestre, Amygdalus communis, Fraxinus parviflora, Juglans regia, Morus alba, Populus nigra, Quercus pubescens, Q. robur, Quercus sp., Salix sp.). 1994]. - The referred specimen not found in the herbarium (BP). Lempholemma botryosum (A. Massai.) Zahlbr. Villány Mts, Nagyharsány: Mt Szársomlyó, alt. ca. 180 m [VERSEGHY 1994]. - The referred specimen not found in the herbarium (BP). Lepraria crassissima (Hue) Lettau - Csarnóta, Kis-hegy, quarry; Nagyharsány: Mt Szársomlyó, southern slope and at the top; Siklós: Máriagyüd, Mt Tenkes, obs. R. Marstaller (1986-89). - This species is unknown in the present Hungarian lichen flora. All the Hungarian Leprarias need thorough further studies with TLC. Parmelina carporrhizans (Taylor) Poelt et Vezda - Siklós: Máriagyüd, near Macska-lyuk, obs. R. Marstaller (1986-89). - This species is unknown in the Hungarian lichen flora. MARSTALLER' s (1993) record (without voucher specimens) most probably refers to P. quercina, which were completely omitted from Marstaller' s bryocoenological relevés. Peltigera canina f. neorhizinosa Gyelnik Nagyharsány: Mt Szársomlyó, alt. ca. 220 m, leg. V. Gyelnik (01.08.1925). - This form was described from the Villány Mts by GYELNIK (1941). The referred (holotype) specimen was not found in the herbarium (BP) - probably lost. Peltigera membranacea (Ach.) Nyl. - Nagyharsány: Mt Szársomlyó, northern side near the top, obs. R. Marstaller (1986—89). - As this species is unknown in the Hungarian lichen flora, without any voucher specimens it is supposed to be a misidentification. Physcia tribacia (Ach.) Nyl. - It was reported from Acer platanoides, Morus alba, Populus nigra, Quercus petraea, Q. pubescens and Tilia tomentosa at five localities (Harkány; Siklós: Máriagyüd, Csukma, at the top; Felső-legelő; near Macska-lyuk; Mt Tenkes) of the Villány Mts by MARSTALLER Dubious records In lack of the referred specimens (usually in case of literature records) it is impossible to confirm some former records, which need further studies because of the changes in their recent taxomonic treatment. These records are supposed to be mistakes until future confirmation.
