JÓZAN ZS.: A VILLÁNYI-HEGYSÉG FULLÁNKOS HÁRTYÁSSZÁRNYÚ FAUNÁJA 283 The Aculeata (Hymenoptera) fauna of the Villány Hills, South Hungary JÓZAN Zsolt The first faunistical records of the Aculeata fauna in the Villány Hills date back to the middle of this century. The author investigated the fauna only in the last decade. 510 species were found in this area belonging to Scolioidea (15 species), Chrysidoidea (30), Pompilidea (34), Vespoidea (43), Sphecoidea (107) and Apoidea (281). Most species were recorded by the author. 39 percent of the species are widespread (Holoarctic, Palaearctic etc.), 41 percent are considered to be Mediterranean faunal elements. The rarest species can be found among the Mediterranean elements. The eremophilous species occur as 58 percent of the total material; three-quarters of these species live only on the southern slope of Villány Hills. During this research work the Aculeata fauna was collected in the urban area as well. The rarest species are: Tropidotilla littoralis (Mutillidae), Aporus fulviventris pollux, Poecilagenia rubricans, Batazonellus lacerticida (Pompilidae), Paragymnomerus spiricornis, Allodynerus floricola (Eumenidae), Sceliphron curvatum, Psen exaratus, Hoplisoides punctuosus, Lestiphorus bilunulatus (Sphecidae), Hylaeus cardioscapus, Andrena hedikae, Halictus asperulus, Anthidium cingulatum, A. septemspinosum, Dioxys cincta, Hoplitis praestans, H. tenuispina, Megachile bicoloriventris, Nomada calimorpha, N. cruenta, N. nobilis, Parammobatodes minutus, Ammobates similis, A. vinctus, Bombus haematurus.
