The bulk of their collections originated far from waters. The results are given in ÚJHELYI' s paper cited. Three years ago the collecting points were assigned along the waters. Two important localities were examined regularly: the fish pond № I and the moor "Nagyberek" /see Fig. l/. Along the stream "Eigóc-patak 11 a series of fish ponds consisting of nine basins was formed with weirs, about fifty years ago. During this long time a natural water vegetation developed here and we may suppose that aquatic animal cenoses have formed. In 1983 and 1984 we collected on the weir of the fish pond № I 19 times with 250 ¥ M7 bulbs and 4 times by sweeping. These collections proved to be excellent, the bulk of species was originated from here /Fig. 2/. The water quality of fish pond № I was examined by Dr. G-. Kádár in the autumn 118
