Paratype female postventral lobe as in Fig. 10. Diagnosis'. Michel (2014) revised the Solter species living in Africa and compiled a key for the species. Based on these results, this new species shows considerable differences from the known species. It is easily recognised by enlarging last segment of labial palp like Solter naevipennis Navás, 1913 and it is easily recognised by the length of tibial spurs extending segment 1 -3 combined on the hind leg which is considerably longer than that of Solter naevipennis.
