Haris A.: Preliminary and exploratory investigations of the Aceleata fauna of Danube-Ipoly National Park between 1993 and 1996 (Hymenoptera: Aculeata)

76 Natura Somogyiensis Material and methods Most of the specimens were collected by the author, a smaller part was receied from Dr. Otto Merkl (Hungarian Natural History Museum) who also participated in this program. For the identification of the species we consulted the books and monographs of Bajári 1956, 1957, Móczár M. 1957, 1958, 1960, 1967, Móczár L. 1956, 1967, 1996, Dathe 1980 and Schmiedeknecht 1930. The recent nomenclature we use is based on the Fauna Europaea database (Mitrou 2013) and Józan 2011. The following changes were completed, compared to the original reports: the specific names of the original reports were badly outdated especially in Sphecoidea, Chrysisdoidea and Pompiloidea. In this paper, we actualised and corrected these names following the nomenclature of Fauna Europaea and Józan 2011. On the other hand, in the identification guides of Fauna Hungáriáé series, 47 species were marked as rare species in the Hungarian Fauna. In the last decades, due to the intensive hymenoptera research, this number reduced to 12. Voucher specimens are deposited in the collection of Göncöl Foundation, Vác, Ilona street 3.
