At the beginning of the 16th century it had several owners, then the Ottoman army occupied it in 1554 and held it until its desolation. Its last mention was made in written sources in 1593. The archaelogical excavations explored small quantities of ceramic fragments from the 13th century, but the majority of the finds has been preserved from the last period of inhabitance by Ottoman soldiers. Most of the pottery was made from clay burning white, thinned with sand and small gravel, well-thrown, with thin wall. The majority of the finds belongs to everyday household items, but some split glaze pottery, ornamented plates, grey jugs, jars and the fragments of LoStice pottery prove the need for the presence and use of decorative pottery as well. 104
