TANULMÁNYOK - RÉGÉSZET - Köhler Kitti: A Bercel-Sáfrányhegy II. lelőhelyen feltárt késő bronzkori hamvasztott temetkezések antropológiai vizsgálata

Kitti Köhler: Die Ergebnisse der anthropologischen Untersuchungen im Pilinyer Gräberfeld von Bercel-Sáfrányhegy II. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die Darstellung der Ergebnisse der spätbronzezeitlichen Skelettreste aus drei Gräbern aus dem Fundplatz von Bercel-Sáfrányhegy II. Die Knochenreste gehören zu einem jüngeren (zwischen 7 und 9 Jahren) und einem älteren Kind (zwischen 7 und 20 Jahren), bzw. zu einer Erwachsenen (vermutlich Frau). Anhand der Menge, Farbe und Fragmentiertheit der Knochen kann auf eine schlechte Verbrennung gefolgert werden. By Kitti Köhler The main purpose of the present study is to evaluate the remains of three cremated human skeletons from the Late Bronze Age unearthed at Bercel-Sáfrányhegy II. According to the analysis, the skeletal remains belong to a younger (aged between 9-11 years) and an older child (aged between 7-20 years) and an adult person (maybe female). On the basis of the identification and quantification of the cremated remains, furthermore the colour, shrinkage and fragmentation of the calcinated bone fragments, we may assume that the skeletons were burnt moderately and unevenly on the whole.
