Solutions for restoration of modern times’ technical objects Kinga Papp The idea of restoration of the Museum of Tata­bányai objects dating from the 19th century arose during the organization of the new permanent ex­hibition. In order to extend their lifetime, the objects were not only restored but also modified more than once during their history. After describing the technical objects, the au­thor sums up the conception and attributes of these objects. The author discusses and analyzes the tech­nical and ethical problems, which may occur during the restoration of artworks and technical objects, and also presents the restoration process of differ­ent objects. The article contains technical solutions for replacing missing pieces of the objects. The au­thor draws attention to the importance of research­es, which may change not only the extent of restora­tion but also the information about a specific object. Irodalom F.
