Relndeer is represented by the head (teeth), the trunk (ribs) regions and alsó by hind-ieg and foreleg bones while among horse remains head region parts (teeth) and leg bones occur. The single bírd boné and the egg-shell fragments whlch were found at four places, on the basis of avifaunistical data, most probably belong to willow grouse. The reindeer and horse remains of the campslte of the Upper Paleollthlc hunters represent the Pilisszántó faunistical phase. The presence of the eggs of willow grouse suggest that they were gathered at the end of springtime. Table 1.
