SOME ISSUES REGARDING THE ROLE OF THE COLLEGIUM IURIDICUM OF EGER IN SPATIAL AND SOCIAL MOBILISATION

The study reviews the spatial positions of students at the Collegium Iuridicum of Eger between 1876 and 1890. The data of the schools registers help us to reconstruct the spatial mobilisation of the students by identifying their place ofbirth and domicile. The study aims to explore the range of counties within the catchment area of the Eger law school and the legal status of the students’ home towns and villages. In this way we can understand the role that the school played in mobilising the students in the period under review.
