BOTANICAL RARITIES IN THE ASH-TREE ARBORETUM OF NAGYCSERE

The author has investigated the vertebrate fauna and flora of the Ash- tree Arboretum of Nagycsere, located in "Erdó'spuszta" (a unique woody

and meadow phytocoenosis), in the southern part of Nyírség. In his study, he lists botanical species of the hardwood gallery forest (Fraxino pannonicae-Ulmetum), which are extraordinary and unique in the region, and describes its fauna. Especially valuable botanical species: Corydalis cava et C. solida, Aquilegia vulgaris, Primula veris, Veratrum album, Listera ovata, Colchicum autumnale, Staphilea pinnata.
