Pinczés AGE-SPECIFIC FEATURES AT MUSEUM WORKSHOP SESSIONS The author, a practising museum teacher, describes the age-specific approaches to the ouvre of Ferenc Medgyessy, one ofthe outstanding Hungarian sculptors ofthe 20th century, whose works serve as a basis forthe workshops with children at the Ferenc Medgyessy Memorial Museum, The workshops are planned to suitthe needs of three age groups: children in kindergarten (4-7 years), primary school pupils (7-14 years) and secondary school pupils (14-18 years). In each case, the sessions are based on Medgyessy's works displayed at the exhibition, but the methods applied at the workshops are different. They include, among other things, creating something by hand, guided conversations underthe supervision ofthe museum teacher and listening to lectures.
