Természettudomány - László Papp–Miklós Dudás: Data on Botanical Values of Central and South Nyírség and their Vicinity

!, !!! Iris aphylla ssp. hungarica (W.et.K.) A. et G. NY, Haláp (Halápi Forest, Pipó Hill) Rob. (Originally Fest.-Q.) and Fest.-Q. 8-10 polycormons. (!), !!! Bagamér (around Vámospércs) (Soó, 1932), stripe with Adonis, oak forest with Dictamnus, stripe with Muscari, around the road of Bagamér, stripe with Lilium, forest with Tilia argentea. 15+ 120+ 250+ 10+ 25+ 70-80 specimens or polycormons, respectively. Fest.-Q., Rob., Conv.-Q. consociations of Tiliosum argenteae. 30-35 polycormons are in the forests of Szentannapuszta. Bánk (protected oak forest and its vicinity) Conv.-Q., Fest.-Q. 40-45 +10-15 specimens (in 1988 10 polycormons were transplanted here from the near robinia-oak forest). !, !!! Monostorpályi (around the Csik-dam) Conv.-Q. 3-5 specimens transplanted from Bánk, altogether 12 specimens (segregated rhizomes) (!) !!! Nagycsere (Martinka) Conv.-Q., Fest.-Q., Rob. (originally Fest.-Q.) 8-10 specimens. (Soó, 1934 Bartha, 1988) !, !!! Újléta (Csohostó). Rob. (originally Conv.-Q.), Fest.-Q. some polycormons. !,!!! Haláp (foot of the Hármas Hill) Fest.-Q., Conv.-Q., Halápi Forest Rob., (originally the former ones) 10-12 + 20-25 specimens. (!) !!! Bátorliget (Fényi Forest) (Soó, 1953 Ötvös, 1965 PappM. etai, 1986) Rob. (originally Fest.-Q.) 60-70 polycormons about 5 years ago. After cutting the western robinia forest only 5 specimens remained, despite that it was a protected area and the cutting was permitted. It can be drawn as a consequence that nature conservation measures can be taken only with regarding to the underground. Bátorliget (Nagylegelő) Rob. (originally Fest.-Q.) 7-9 smaller polycormons. And several hundred polycormons. Pot.-F.ps. In the latter case the new observation was made by I. Orosz. Debrecen (Nagyerdő) Rob. and Conv.-Q. In 1987 2 small specimens. (Papp, 1989) This subpopulation can involve specimens of the Botanical Garden of KLTE as well, because some of them came from the Nagyerdő. Today there are about 700-1000 genetically separated specimens on the phytogeographical area mentioned in the title. Transplanting into protected areas, mixing of the subpopulations, artifical propagation by seeds and resettling are very important in its conservation. Tissue culturing seems hopeful, too (see further publications, S. Szilágyi-L. Papp.) !, !!! Iris variegata L. NY, Bagamér (Bagaméri Forest, Szentannapuszta) Fest.-Q. 2 small polycormons. Haláp-Fancsika (near the Bodzás water reservoir) Margin of Fest.-Q. and F. prat 1 big , polycormon (it was found on the base of I. Lánszki) Debrecen (Apafai Forest) Rob. (originally Fest.-Q.) Some polycormons. (by verbal information of A. Molnár). The species is much more rare in the NY as it would be expected on the basis of the literature. Today if is endangered. At least one protected area is necessary where it would be conserved for the future by artificial propagation. ! Iris spuria L. CR. Hosszúpályi (Konyári-Sóstó: around the farms of Erdőhalom. See first at Plantago swarzenbergiana.) Ach.-F.ps., Ag.-C.d., Ag.-Alop. Over 400 specimens and polycormons, among them about 100 are rhizome breaking up, result of an old cultivation trial. 100 are bigger polycormons and about 200-250 are young specimens, reproducted generatively. Lucky finding of last years in the neighbourhoud of the NY. (M. Dudás) !, !!! Iris sibiricaL. NY. Nyírábrány (Nagyláprét) Mol.c, Fr.p.-U., F.prat, S.cin., Gel.?, C.ac.-r., C.grac? 3 + 14 + 11 large polycormons (3 young specimens were destroyed by mowing in 1987. On 01. 22
