TANULMÁNYOK Zsuzsanna Lanczendorfer: Das Repertoire eines Handwerkers aus Sokoróalja, im Spiegel seines Lebensweges Das Thema (Persönlichkeits- und Repertoireuntersuchung) und die Methode (biographische Methode) meines Aufsatzes stehen mit der über Traditionen von europäischem Ruf verfügenden, persönlich kei tsuntersuchenden Schule in Budapest in Verbindung und sie folgen einer der mit Recht weltberühmten methodischen Traditionen der ungarischen Folklore. Laut fachlicher Meinung ist der Aufsatz einzigartig, da bis jetzt noch niemand das ganze Repertoire einer Persönlichkeit, bez. den Folklorenschatz eines Handwerkers bearbeitete. Es ist also - vom Standpunkt der Disziplin aus - Mangel abhelfend. Mein Datenmitteiler und Erzähler ist mein Vater, ein deutsch-ungarischer, kleinadliger Fleischer-Wirt. In meiner Arbeit untersuche ich seine Persönlichkeit und sein Repertoire, ich beleuchte die Vielfarbigkeit seiner Folklorenkenntnisse, sein Gatrungsreichtum und deren Grund. Mit Hilfe seines Lebensweges stelle ich dar, wieso er der Erzähler von kurzen und scherzhaften Gattungen wurde. Während meiner Untersuchung benutzte ich verschiedene Quellen: von ihm stammendes Folklorenmaterial, handschriftliche Erinnerungen, Familiendokumente, Photos und Interviews. Durch mein Untersuchungssobjekt zeige ich die Rolle und Wichtigkeit der Persönlichkeiten, bez. die Gründe seiner Gattungswahl. Zsuzsanna Lanczendorfer: The repertoire of a tradesman of Sokoróalja as reflected in his course of life This paper -both its topic (research of personality and repertoire) and its method (that of biography) is connected to the Budapest school of personality research that is characterised by traditions of European fame. This study follows then one of the world famous methodological traditions of Hungarian folklore. According to professional criticism, this article is unique from the point of view that nobody has examined yet the whole repertoire of a single personality or the folklore treasures of a tradesman, therefore this paper can be regarded as a stopgap in this field. My performer is my father who is a butcher-meatman-and-innkeeper of gentry origin of partly ethnic German, partly native Hungarian lines. In my paper I examine his personality and repertoire, I highlight the richness of his knowledge of folklore, his abundance of genres and the reasons for these. With the help of the course of his life I disclose why he has become someone telling short and humorous genres. I use many kinds of sources in my research: folklore materials collected from him, memoirs in autograph manuscripts, family documents, photos, an interview collection. Through the subject of my research I demonstrate the role and importance of personalities in communities, and the reasons for their choice of genres, as well. 333
