val strategies have been detected, in this communication micro-world of the minority society. Through our investigations it has become evident that, in spite of stable political relations, there was an unceasing trench warfare between power and minority at the end of the 1970's. At stake remained the survival of Hungarian nationality. A successful survival mode had to be found and passed on. Because of our analysis an image of life for the minority has managed to come to the fore, that could have been inaccessible to other methods of analysis.
