camp nevertheless. The quantity of products earlier than the Flavii is very small, just as in all Pannónia, totalling hardly 19 per cent of the entire material. Beside the mentioned Drag. 27 specimen this group embraces the ware of the Po region, as a matter of fact; even the latter or their majority were imported to Arrabona under the rule of Vespasian in all probability. In the period of the Flavii the import went up, 81 per cent of the sigillatae have come to the camp established here in the decades between the 70s and the rule of Traian. In accord with the flux of coins and the epigarphical data, the large-size import beginning in the 70s and 80s of the century proves that the standing military occupation of Arrabona and the construction of. the camp are to be dated to these decades.
