We can only hope that it will become easier for the general public to see the important role the Pálfy Brothers have in the history of Szeged, especially in the history of paprika processing and grinding. After the completion of the study of the Kotányi spicetrading company, this brief description of the present day Pálfy Company brings us closer to the completion of the collection of works titled "A Brief History of the Firms of Szeged".
