In what follows, the author presents 23 painters working in Szeged. Here, the historical and aesthetic viewpoints are combined. Finally, the reader is acquainted with the specificity of the approach to arts. Of the dominant power of natural motives in the given medium, of the figurative delineation along with festal and cultic manifestation. On the other hand, rational and comic expression is scarcely represented. On the whole, one can conclude that Szeged painting is characterized by the primacy of the cult of beauty and expressive approach. 154
