After the preliminary measurements, made together with Peter DAVID, the author has prepared the derivatogramm of several bones, going back to different historical periods, this time under optimal circumstances. His results came closer up to the straight line given by Peter DÁVID (Fig. 5.); the gravi­metrical loss of weight of the organic fractions, resisting to heat due to heat generation seemed nearly parallel with the absolute age. 222
