professional, special offices from the 1870s to 1950 at county and lower level. Their numbers in certain counties could touch dozens. They were observed by the competent ministries. Their documents got into county archives quite fragmented if there was anything to be delivered. Since they were placed in the archives of professional, special offices during World War II. these documents were burnt up in these times and in the coming years (because of the lack of paper and fuel) Comparing with the above mentioned documents the files of exercise of jurisdiction got into the archives in better conditions and in bigger quantities. These documents include the documents of courts of different levels (Court of Appeal, tribunals and district courts), the files of district attorney and state attorneys, penitentiaries and houses of correction and at last the documents of notary public. The documents of boards and associations also got into county archives in small quantities and fragmented.
