ESZTER V ASS ARCHIVAL DISPOSAL PROCEDURE OF DOCUMENTS CREATED BY THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CURIA My work tries to give a brief overview of the archival management of valuable or discardable documents created by the courts – especially by the Curia. The associ­ates of the Hungarian National Archives had to develop a new procedure regard­ing the source value of the records of the Curia. The aim of the new procedure – in addition the preserving of the permanent value of the items in the archival plan – was to decide based on more archival aspect about the receiving or disposal of the documents. 117
