We shall endeavour to bring about an agreement, which, in keeping with Paragraph 8 of the Special Instructions for Hungary issued by the Frontier Com­mission on June 3, 4 would enable us to establish a "terrain d'en­tente " between ourselves and Austria, for the "tracé d'ensemble" , which could then be approved by the League of Nations without further delay.
