En vue de sauvegarder ces intérêts, sans nuire d'autre part aux intérêts et aux droits de la Hongrie, j'ai l'honneur de vous prier, au nom de la Conférence des Ambassadeurs, de vouloir bien intervenir auprès de votre Gouvernement afin que ce dernier négocie dès à présent avec le Gouvernement serbe-croateslovène un arrangement, conformément aux dispositions de l'article 302 du Traité de Trianon. La prompte conclusion d'un tel arrangement rendrait possible l'évacuation de la région de Szeged dès l'entrée en vigueur du Traité de Trianon. Une preposition semblable est faite d'autre part au Governement serbe-croate-slovène.
