Se veled, se nélküled Az esetleges kilépés folyamatát mindezeken túl döntően befolyásolhatja a skót népszavazás eredménye 2014 szeptemberében, hiszen a független Skócia az Európai Unió tagjává kívánna válni, a függetlenség elutasítása esetén pedig a devolúciós folyamat elmélyítése („Devo Plus", „Devo Max”) megnehezítené az új alapokra kerülő uniós kapcsolatok kiépítését. Résumé The relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union has become very unpleasant in recent years. The debate about the future of integration and the role of the UK within the EU has intensified. The study analyses the recent developments in the rocky relationship, and it gives an understanding of the European policy of David Cameron's coalition government, including the "Review of the balance of competences" process, the possible in/out referendum in 2017, and the outcome of European Parliament elections from British perspective.
