11. A jogtanácsosi kinevezés a magyar királyi Külügyministerium részéről bármikor és mindennemű kártalanítási kötelezettség nélkül visszavonható. Milano, 1929 évi június hó 26.-án. A winnipegi m. kir. konzulátus vezetője által a m. kir. külügyministertől nyert előzetes felhatalmazás alapján a konzulátus jogtanácsosává kinevezett Andrews Alfréd József winnipegi ügyvéddel 1929 évi június hó 25.-én kötött megállapodás, valamint a jogtanácsos kinevezésére vonatkozó hirdetmény a m. kir. külképviseleti hatóságok tájékozódására az alábbiakban közöltetik. Agreement. 1. Alfred Joseph Andrews, with Offices at the Bank of Nova Scotia Building, Garry Street and Portage Avenue, in the City of Winnipeg, in the Province of Manitoba, in the Dominion of Canada, Solicitor, undertakes to accept all mandates given to him by Hungarian Nationals and to give such Nationals professional advice in matters both contentious and non-contentious, if such matters come within the usual sphere of activity of a Solicitor in the Dominion of Canada and if the has not already been instructed in any particular matter by the other side. 2. His rights and obligations towards his clients are defined by the regulations referring to Solicitors in the Dominion of Canada. 3. Mr. Alfred Joseph Andrews shall represent Hungarian Nationals before Courts of Law in the Dominion of Canada either personally or delegate another solicitor as his substitute or instruct Counsel, as the circumstances of the case or the procedure before the Courts may require. 4. Mr. Alfred Joseph Andrews will not draw a salary from the Hungarian Treasury and his fees have to be defrayed by his clients. 5. In default of a previous agreement with his olient, he can charge only the taxed costs or fees at the rate as applied by the Law Courts in the Dominion of Canada. 6. He is entitled to ask for a deposit on account of his fees from his clients. He can ask for a new deposit, if the first should be exhausted, but is to render an account of the application of all of these deposits. 7. Mr. Alfred Joseph Andrews in entitled to deduct his fees and expenses, as far as taxed fees and expenses are concerned, from the amounts recovered for his clients. 8. He is obliged to give professional advice, against reimbursement of. his out-of-pocket expenses only, to all paupers living in the Provinces West of Ontario, who prove their Hungarian citizenship and who are recommended by the Hungarian Consulate in Winnipeg, Manitoba. 9. Mr. Alfred Joseph Andrews is responsible for all documents confided to him or to his employees, or sent to him in registered letters. 10. The Royal Hungarian Government reserves the right to cancel the engagement of Mr. Alfred Joseph Andrews at any time without notice and without rendering the said Government liable for any compensation for such cancellation. 11. Concerning differences arising out of the application or interpretation of the present agreement, the parties will accept arbitration by the Hungarian Consul in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Alulírott m. kir. konzul a m kir. külügyminiszter úrnak 1928 évi december hó 10.-én kelt 18.582/1 — 1928 sz rendeletében foglalt jóváhagyásával Andrews Alfréd József winnipegi ügyvédet, lakik The Bank of Nova Scotia Building, Garry Street and Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Man., magyar állampolgároknak az egyes canadai bírói hatóságoknál leendő képviseletére konzuli jogtanácsossá (legal adviser to the Royal Hungarian Consulate) kinevezte. A magyar ipari és kereskedelmi érdekeltség erről azon megjegyzéssel értesíttetik, hogy a canadai adósai ellen indítandó peres vagy perenkívüli eljárás iránti megkereséseit jövőben közvetlenül a fentnevezett konzuli jogtanácsoshoz, intézze. Ezen megállapodásnak a közönséget érdeklő pontjai a következők: 1. A winnipegi konzulátussal kötött megállapodás alapján Andrews Alfréd József úr kötelezte in agát, hogy a hozzáforduló magyar állampolgárok bárminemű peres vagy perenkívüli ügyeit elvállalja, feltéve, hogy a kerdéses ügy canadai jogszokások szerint ügyvédi gyakorlat körébe esik, — és feltéve, hogy ugyanazon ügyben az ellen tél előzőleg hozzá nem fordult.
