KÖZLEMENYEK. Aleppoban tiszteletbeli m. kir. konzulátus felállítása. Aleppoban Syria területére kiterjedő hatáskörrel tiszteletbeli m. kir? konzulátus állíttatott fel, mely működését 1926. évi július hő 6-án megkezdte. A konzulátus vezetője: Girardi Amadé tiszteletbeli konzul. A konzulátus irodájának címe: Gumruk Han, Alep, Syrie. Bejegyzett sürgönyeim: Exung. Dublinban tiszteletbeli m. kir. konzulátus felállítása. Dublinban az ír szabad állam területére kiterjedő hatáskörrel tiszteletbeli m. kir. konzulátus állíttatott fel, mely működését 1926. évi július hő 14-én megkezdte. A konzulátus vezetője: Briscoe Hubert tiszteletbeli konzul. A konzulátus irodájának címe: 18 & 19, College Green, Dublin. Bejegyzett sürgönyeimé: Exung Dublin. A londoni m. kir. követ által fölhatalmazás alapján e követség jogtanácsosává kinevezett Oppenheimer M. Albert londoni ügyvéddel 1926. évi április hó 10-én kötött megállapodást, valamint e jogtanácsos kinevezésére vonatkozó, a Budapesti Közlönyben és az Igazságügyi Közlönyben is közzétett hivatalos hirdetmény tájékoztatásul közöltetik a külképviseleti hatóságokkal. :'-. / , i. ' MEGÁLLAPODÁS. 1. Albert M. Oppenheimer of 31 Queen Victoria Street in the City of London, Solicitor, undertakes to accept all mandates given to him by Hungarian nationals and to give such nationals professional advice in matters both contentious and non-contentious, if such matters come within the usual sphere of activity of an Englis , Solicitor and if he has not already been .instructed in any particular matter by the other side. 2. His rights and obligations towards his clients are defined by the regulations referring to English Solicitors. 3. Mr. Oppen heim er shall represent Hungarian Nationals before English Courts of Law either personally or delegate another solicitor as his substitute or instruct Counsel, as the i circumstances of the case or the procedure before the Courts may require. 4. Mr. Oppenheimer will not draw a salary from the Hungarian Treasury and his fees have to be defrayed by his clients. 5. In default of a previous agreement with his client, he can charge only the taxed costs or fees at the rate as applied by the English Law Courts. 6. He is entitled to ask for a deposit on account of his fees from his clients. He can ask for a new deposit, if the first should be exhausted. 7. The Solicitor is entitled to deduct his fees and expenses, as far as taxed fees and expenses are concerned, from the amounts recovered for his clients. 8. He is obliged to give professional advice, against reimbursement of his out of pocket expenses only, to all paupers living in England who prove their Hungarian citizenship and who are recommended by the Hungarian Legation in London. 9. He is responsible for all documents confided to him or te his employees, or sent to him in a registered letter. 1 0. Concerning differences arising out of the application or interpretation of the present agreement, the parties will accept arbitration by the Hungarian Minister in London. London, April the 10

Alulírott londoni m. kir. követ a m. kir. külügyminiszter úrnak 1926. évi március hó 17-én kelt 2768/1. sz. rendeletében foglalt jóváhagyásával Oppenheimer M. Albert londoni ügyvédet, lakik 31, Queen Victoria Street E. C. 4, magyar állampolgároknak az egyes angliai bírói hatósőgoknál leendő képviseletére követségi jogtanácsossá (legal adviser to the Royal Hungarian Legation) kinevezte. A magyar ipari és kereskedelmi érdekeltség erről azon megjegyzéssel értesíttetik, hogy angliai adósai ellen indítandó peres vagy perenkívüli eljárás iránti megkereséseit jövőben közvetlenül a fentnevezett követségi jogtanácsoshoz intézze.
