Ko 8* 3. The missionary conveners of the church districts held likewise a general assembly. As known, in each church district the direction and supervision of all missionary activities is in the hands of special missionary conveners. One of the most important subjects of the conference of the missionary conveners was the relation between mission and finance. If it is true, that the church with all its organisation must bo maintained by its members, then discussions are more than justified to ascertain whether mission, revival and spiritual regeneration are already yielding their fruit in shape of countable money. Bit by bit it will be possible for the mission to maintain itself. That is a great joy indeed. But we must get further than that: for the life of our church it does not suffice that mission should keep only itself. It is just tho missionary workers who have to see that all the needs of the church may be met by the fruit of missionary work. This all the more as our whole church must change into a great missionary community.. The fundamental recognition of the conference of the missionary conveners was that the source of the material means for the church of to-morrow is: a congregation of believers. 4. The next great'conference will be held July 17-20 in Beregfürdő. There all the I2 branches of the missionary working communion of the Hungarian Reformed Church will meeBT- ííach branch "will be represented by 4-10 members according to its proportions.
