Lubrication

The MECMAN valves are supplied with permanent grease lubrication, which allow the valves to be used without oil mist lubrication. (In case of non-lubrication you must count with decreased life time of the valves.)

Lubricating grease: Mecman grease type 435/1

I n order to increase the life time of the valves oil mist lubrication is recommended.

Recommended oil types:

432/2 Mecman

Pneukomol PG 7 AFOR

Pneukomol PG 32 AFOR

Hidrokomol P1 5 AFOR

Tellus 11 SHELL

HP7 BP

Spinesso 32 ESSO

Note!

The oil mist lubrication dissolves the permanent grease lubrication, that is why it is not recommended to return to lubrication-free operation.

Factors of election of valves:

— the function of the valve in the system

— the mode of control

— the flow capacity

The main valve and other components of the circuit can be selected on the basis of the air consumption of the cylinders with the help of the following diagram.
