Archbishop’s Park - the Lengs of the Tow

The former game reserve was rebuilt in French style as an ornamental park for the bishop. During the time of Bishop Károly Eszterházy, stone walls were built around it, and the people could enter through wrought iron gates. Bishop Szmrecsányi donated the park of approximately 12 hectares to the town in 1919.
