COLD MORELLO CHERRY SOUP Ingredients: 600 g fresh mo­rel to cherries, 160 g sugar, 8 doves, 1 g whole cinnamon, 1 lemon, 3 g salt, 200 ml cream, 200 ml milk, 50 g flour, WO ml red wine, 30 ml cognac. Remove the stones of the cherries and pour 750 ml water over them. Add sugar, cloves, cinnamon and lemon juice and cook until tender. PICKLED GHERKINS (Leavened) Ingredients: 1.2 kilo gherkins, 50 g bread, 50 g salt, 2 / water, 1 clove of garlic, dill. Toast the thinly cut bread. Wash and cut off the tips of the gherkins and taste to ensure they are not bitter. Pierce them all over the sur­face with a sharp knife. Boil some salty water. Place the gherkins in a preserving jar, put the toasted bread, dill and crushed garlic on top and pour the water over them. Let them mature for 4-5 days in a warm place. When yel­lowish, put them in another dish, pass the juice through a sieve and chill. Serve with ice cubes in its own juice. CUCUMBER SALAD WITH SOUR CREAM Ingredients: 1 kilo cucumbers, vinegar, salt, sugar, ground pepper, red paprika, oil, garlic, 200 ml sour cream. Peel the cucumbers and slice them. Sprinkle with salt and let them stand for half an hour. Mix the vinegar and water, flavour with sugar and garlic. Squeeze out the cucum­bers and mix with the dressing. Add sour cream and oil, sprinkle with ground pepper and paprika.
