A copy of the letter sent to Honecker was sent to tha priest at the ZION church in Berlin by the signatories with a covering letter. In the letter they expressed their solidarity with all thoae vho suffer persecution fór deaocratic rights, a humán environment and a peaceful Europe. The letter written to the church priest alsó mentionod that many of those arrested in Berlin in November had signed the common declaration issued on the 30th anniversary of the Hungárián revolution and asked the priest to convey the thanks and greetings of the letter writers to them,
