After finishing his visit in Washington, he left fór New Jersey on the 15th of May, where he has been the guest of the György Bessenyei Circle of the Association of the Hungárián Alumni of New Brunswick,more exactly that of the university professor Karoly Nagy, one of the leaders of the Circle. It was they who originally invited Rácz in October, 1985, bút he didn’t get a passport then. Sándor Rácz delivered a lecture on the lőth of May in Edison at the Middlesex University fór a large audience of Hungarians and Americans, then he had talks in New York. On the 20th of May, Wednesday evening, he was the guest of Pál Fekete, who in 1956 had alsó been a member of the workers* council of the Beloiannisz factory. Rácz was delegated to the Central Workers' Council by the workers of the Beloiannisz factory on the 15th of November, 1956, where he was elected chairman. Sándor Rácz left fór Cleveland on the 21st of May to visit the large Hungárián 'community there, then on the 26th he arrived in Washington again, where he negotiated in ,the White House and the State Department, while on the 27th he delivered a lecture fór a Hungárián audience. From Friday to Sunday, the J>lst of May, Sándor Rácz has been the guest of the professor Béla Király, then he will leave fór Chicago and Detroit. Articles on the round trip of Sándor Rácz in the USA have appeared among others in the New York Times and the AFL-CIO News, ’^he latter cites Lane Kirkland, chairman of the trade unión organisation AFL-CIO, who stated that it is Sándor Rácz and nőt Sándor Gáspár, who is entitled to be the leader of the workers of Hungary.
