The congressional process is being continued among others because of the discrimination against the national minorities in Románia. It is perhaps in correlation with this, that a few days ago in New York a book in English has been pút intő circulation en- titled "Transylvania: History and reality"; it displays the name Milton G. Lehrer as that of its author. The book brings forth serious charges against the Hungarians in respect of the pást as well as of the present, and paints a horrifying, sanguinary picture on the millenial prosecution of the Romanians in Transylvania. The book is being distributed free by the Románián consulate among members of the Congress and diplomats, making no secret of the fact that this book is intended to be a response on a threé volume work on the history of Transylvania, recently issued by the Hungárián Academy of Sciences. It is remarkable that in the 7th April issue of The Times of London a whole-page advertisement appeared dispatched from Greece; the advertisement, citing an article of a Románián newspaper, charged the Hungárián Academy of Sciences with the falsification of history. u * — 1
