b./ I would like to prove that the Ministry of Interior arbitrarily disregards the law declaring the right to travel to be a civic right.

I request those, whose applications fór a passport have been refused by the Ministry of Interior or by any organs of the police on any grounds in the pást four years (since l‘*January, 1983) to contact me by post, by phone or in person.

Their names, if they don*t wish them to be made public, will be kept confidential.

Only joint action, loud protest could avail against the violations of the

law.
