On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the Hungárián Revolution and its brutal crushing by the Soviet Red Army a Hungárián humán rights group in Budapest calling itself the Democratic Youth of Hungary has appealed to us to enable them to make a planned worldwise commemoration a solemn success. We are enclosing, in two different versions, the English translation of the Appeal alsó sent to all Western European capitals in the hope that you and your orgonization will be apt to publish it and thus contribute to what can only be considered a noble cause.

the forced "psychological treatment" and hospitalization of a young Hungárián mán who is trying to openly express his views, The publication of this report could give a great help in securing his release. More details can be obtained from the address above.
