Privileges of the Jazygians

In our historical sources, the Jazygians came in sight much later than the Cuminians but our historians had a reasonable ground for believing that both of their settlements happened at the same time. The frame of the Jazygian society was different from the begining. Their privileges were not as the same as that of the serviens regis but certain kind of self-government independence could be seen from the start. As regards the Jazygians, the ethnical rights and obligations could be converted into the status of nobility. At first a captain had had only a military position but later that became wider with certain civil elements, that is to say: elements of administrative juridiction.
