262 A tanácsi adminisztráció hanyag ügykezelése egy folyamat vége volt, mely 1944-45-ben kezdődött. Az újonnan alakult népi szervek, majd a mezőgazdasági szakszervek ügykezelési problémái bőségesen nyomon követhetők a Tiszántúli Kerületi Termelési Miniszteri Biztos irataiban is, mint azt láttuk ezek a hibák jelentkeztek az utődszervek- nél is különböző okok következtében. Tetten érhetők voltak a tanácsok hivatali munkájában is. Súlyosak a folyamat következményei, hiszen történeti források károsodtak, így a történetkutatók hiányos iratanyagokat kénytelenek kutatni. Ugyanakkor a gyakorlati munkában, az ügyfélszolgálatban is gondok vannak. A több mint fél évszázaddal ezelőtti iratpusztulás és hanyag ügyiratkezelés negatívumai még ma is érezhetők. The problems caused by deficient registration and inappropriate data are noted to have occurred repeatedly through the years.
