The mesoloph is long and reaches the buccal margin of the tooth crown. In 26 molars (62%) the metalophule I (anterior metalophule) is developed (a variant in Table 3 and in Figure 14). In 16 molars (38%) the metalophule I is missing (b variant in Table 3 and in Figure 14) and no anterior connection of the metacone. The most frequent morphological configuration is Ba. This is represented by the presence of protolophule II and the anterior metalophule. mi molars (Figures 5, 16, 17.) — The anteroconid is two parted (sometimes three parted, in one molar it is unicuspid) and the cusps are divided by a narrow notch in the juvenile molars. In the advanced stage of wear an enamel ring is developed between the parts. Unified anteroconid is developed only in gerontic, strongly worn molars. In the anterobuccal side of the anteroconid a cingulum is developed up to the anterior basis of the protoconid. Table 2 — Individual measurements and morphological data N° inv. Four morphotype-groups were distinguished (Figure 16). A group (8 molars, 10%) — The anterolophulid has only one branch or one main branch. The anteroconid is one, two or three parted. In one molar (Figure 17: 1) the oral end of the anterolophulid is connected to the only cusp and an accessory branch reaches the anterobuccal cingulum. In four molars the anterolophulid runs to the the buccal cusp of the bicuspid anteroconid. In one molar the anterolophulid links to the anterobuccal cingulum. In one molar the anterolophulid is connected to the central cusp of the tricuspid anteroconid. B group (16 molars, 23%) — The anteroconid is consistandy bicuspid and the anterolophulid is always two branched. The anterolophulid branches are usually connected to the cusps of the anteroconid. Sometimes one of the branches is interrupted. the Collimys dobosin. sp.
