Remark s : Globigerina daub.j ergensis is referred by some authors as Globigerinoides daub.j ergensis (LOEBLICH & TAPPAN, 1957; OLS­SON, I960 and HILLEBRANDT, 1962) according to the occurrence of small, accessory suturai apertures on the dorsal side of some specimens . Other authors considered the species to belong to the genus Globigerina (BOLLI, 1957; HOPKER, I960; BOLLI & CITA, I960 and BERG GREN , 1962). In the original description of this species by BRONNIMANN(l952 ) is not mentioned the presence of these additional apertures.
